Michael Stiemke
General Manager (CEO)

As founder of AnSyNova, Michael Stiemke has been directing its operations from the very beginning. As early as 1983, the predecessor of AnSyNova was serving customers in Germany, albeit under a different name: MSTSoft Consulting, in Munich. In 1993 software distribution was added to the portfolio of AnSyNovas activities. Several distributorships quickly made this second business aspect a thriving operation. This was the birth of todays AnSyNova. Since then, Mr Stiemke has formed AnSyNova into a company with numerous partners and intense software development activities.

Before his founding AnSyNova, Michael Stiemke was technical support manager for the then newly opened German subsidiary of Candle Corp. Further stations were a long term cooperation as a self-employed consultant with Legent Corp.

Mr. Michael Stiemke has a masters degree in computer science from the Technical University of Munich and worked for some years as a student programmer for the German Space Observations Center (GSOC), now the ESA.


Petra Stiemke
Chief Financial Officer – Sales Manager

Petra Stiemke joined AnSyNova in 1993 and very quickly assumed the position of chief financial officer. Responsible for legal and financial issues, she also manages general administration of AnSyNovas operations and handles liaison with AnSyNovas worldwide partners. Currently, Petra Stiemke also handles all German sales activities.
Before joining AnSyNova, Ms Stiemke served medium to large organisations as a self-employed tax and bookkeeping consultant. She has acquired an in-depth knowledge of German laws and tax regulations with a focus on auditing and bookkeeping.
